At First Day In, we are committed to empowering underprivileged youth by providing essential resources and support to help them thrive. Our initiatives include free community haircuts, braids, back-to-school supplies, and meals, ensuring that every young person feels confident and prepared. We also offer therapeutic services for mental health and substance use, along with job coaching through our Ready for Success program and prison/jail diversion efforts to create new opportunities for a brighter future. Through compassion, guidance, and tangible support, we strive to break barriers and inspire lasting change—because every young person deserves a strong start and a second chance.
